~ULLASSA~ comes from an old Indo-Aryan language and is a beautiful term that stands for "pleasant feelings asscociated with nature".
Hours after hours I searched for words that match the paintings of this collection, describe them perfectly, convey my feelings. During this search, I came across a wonderful quote from Edward Hopper: "If I could say it in words there would be no reason to paint" and with that, it all made sense. My paintings from the ULLASSA collection need no names, no descriptions. They speak for themselves. They are the mirror of my emotions and my feelings that I experienced in the moment of creation and reflect my deep connection to nature.
